    hi, ive done the same thing and tried to reset my password but its not accepting my date of birth (might have made it my parents or something) and so i cant get onto the security questions to reset the password. what do i do from here? im from the uk if that makes any difference. thanks

    Same thing applies in your case, hazataylor, but I would do my best to remember what date you used for that birthday (which is why i always say to write it down if not using your own).
